Non-returnable & Non-refundable nature of our products

Benny's Popcorn makes each order fresh daily with the best local ingredients and using absolutely no preservatives. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns and/or refunds for any variant of popcorn sold on our site. Our products are best enjoyed immediately (On the day of delivery).

Benny's Popcorn does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the reasons listed below:

• Recipient refused delivery or was not available at the time of delivery
• Incorrect items and/or quantity and/or address provided at the time of purchase
• Order delivered earlier than was estimated
• Product(s) still in transit
• Product(s) not able to be delivered due to a P.O box being used
• Damage to packaging that does not affect shelf life or quality of the product(s)
• Product has been opened and consumed partly or fully
